Challenge

A major US and Canadian retailer went live with Workday HCM and Payroll and needed immediate help converting reports from Peoplesoft to Workday, along with day-to-day AMS support. In addition to this, they needed a Workday services partner that could assist with resources in the US, Canada, and India.

Summary

The LRB Group assisted with post-go live Workday consulting support across HCM areas (Reporting, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, Skills Cloud, and Talent Optimization), along with IT Project Management for the implementation of Beamery, TotalTrax, and Officetrax systems.
