A complex freight company with 23,000+ employees and more than 250 service centers needed to upgrade its HCM and Payroll systems (Workday), in addition to implementing a new CRM system (Salesforce) to accommodate its business growth, and day-to-day to support of legacy system (SAP HCM and ERP).
Summary
The LRB Group assisted with client-side Workday implementation consulting support and post-go-live consulting support across Workday Project Management, Data Conversion, Testing, Integrations, Reporting, and Security for the Workday HCM suite of modules. Also assisted with PMO for Salesforce CRM implementation, and day-to-day development support of legacy HR and ERP system (SAP).
